nustra Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the nustra platform. By accessing or using nustra, you agree to be bound by the terms set out below.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for an account or accessing any part of the nustra website at nustra.bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.

These terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you (the Member) and nustra. nustra reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend checking this page periodically for updates.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirement

Access to and use of nustra is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

  • You are at least 18 years of age or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
  • You are located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted under applicable law.
  • You are not accessing the platform on behalf of any other person.
  • You have not previously had a nustra account suspended or terminated for a breach of these terms.

nustra takes age verification seriously. If we have reason to believe that a member is underage, the account will be suspended pending identity verification. nustra does not knowingly permit access to minors. Any winnings accrued by an underage account will be forfeited.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access the full features of nustra, you must register a member account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate and current information including your full name, date of birth, contact details, and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.

Each member may hold only one account on nustra. Creating duplicate accounts is prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. nustra will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to keep your password secure. If you suspect unauthorised access, you should change your password immediately and contact our support team. Details are available in the FAQ section.

nustra reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in the restriction or closure of your account.

4. User Obligations and Platform Usage Rules

As a member of nustra, you agree to use the platform lawfully and in good faith. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

  • Providing false or misleading information during registration or at any other time.
  • Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tools to access or interact with the platform.
  • Engaging in fraudulent activity, collusion, or any form of manipulation of games or betting markets.
  • Attempting to exploit technical errors, software bugs, or vulnerabilities in the platform.
  • Using the platform for any purpose other than legitimate personal entertainment.
  • Engaging in money laundering or any activity that violates applicable anti-money laundering regulations.

nustra reserves the right to investigate suspicious activity and to suspend or close accounts where a breach of these rules is suspected. Decisions made by nustra in such cases are final.

5. Payments and Transactions

All financial transactions on nustra are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). Deposits and withdrawals are processed through the payment methods listed in your account dashboard and described in the FAQ section. nustra does not guarantee the availability of any specific payment method at all times.

You are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds are your own and that you have the legal right to use the payment method provided. nustra does not accept deposits from third-party accounts.

Withdrawals are subject to identity verification and may be subject to processing times as specified in the platform's payment guidelines. nustra reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of verification procedures or investigation of suspected fraud.

nustra does not guarantee the outcome of any game, bet, or wager. Participation in gaming activities involves financial risk, and you should only deposit amounts you are prepared to lose.

6. Limitation of Liability and Intellectual Property

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, nustra and its affiliates, directors, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform. This includes but is not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, or any other financial loss.

nustra makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis. nustra will make reasonable efforts to maintain availability but cannot guarantee continuous access.

All content on the nustra platform, including but not limited to its design, logos, text, graphics, and software, is the intellectual property of nustra or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written consent from nustra.

7. Account Suspension, Closure, and Other Provisions

nustra reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account without prior notice if:

  • There is reasonable evidence of a breach of these Terms and Conditions.
  • An account is found to belong to a minor or to an ineligible person.
  • Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
  • A member requests self-exclusion or account closure under our Responsible Gaming policy.

Members who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting our support team. Pending transactions will be resolved before final closure where applicable.

Governing law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the Philippines. Any disputes arising from the use of nustra shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts of the Philippines.
